Metabolic Rate Calculator
Estimate your resting energy needs (BMR) and how many calories you might need daily to maintain your weight.
Based on the Mifflin–St Jeor equation and standard activity multipliers. Activity estimates can be substantially off; track trends rather than treating these numbers as exact.
Protein Needs Calculator
See an approximate daily protein range for your body weight and training goals.
Uses 0.8 g/kg for the general adult reference level, 1.2–1.6 g/kg for active adults, and 1.4–2.0 g/kg for resistance training. Needs vary with body composition and health conditions. Ask your clinician if you have kidney disease or a prescribed protein limit.
Heart Rate Zone Calculator
Estimate an age-based maximum heart rate and several practical exercise intensity bands.
Age-predicted heart rate uses 208 − 0.7 × age. These bands are approximate; medications such as beta blockers and individual physiology can change heart-rate responses. The talk test and perceived effort can be useful alongside heart rate.
Body Composition Estimator
Estimate body-fat percentage from circumference measurements using the U.S. Navy method. A tape-measure estimate is not a scan or diagnosis.
For men, the waist measurement is at the navel; for women, use the narrowest waist and widest hips. Follow consistent techniques. The result can be inaccurate for some body types and is not suitable for tracking tiny week-to-week changes.
Fitness Habits & Readiness Quiz
Five questions to help you identify a useful starting priority. This does not calculate your biological or medical “fitness age.”
This is an informal lifestyle questionnaire, not a validated fitness test. New or worsening symptoms, unexplained shortness of breath, or chest pain warrant medical attention rather than a quiz.
